Maneuver Upon the Blessing

No New Year’s Resolution…

Just continued success by abiding by a simple philosophy…

God has blessed each and every single one of us with our own unique gift. We each have the ability to do something, whether we recognize it or not, very well. It is our obligation to discover and acknowledge that gift by applying it in our lives.

Most of us with any since of purpose are searching for ways to succeed. The search is over when we acknowledge God’s gift to us as our gift to the world. The gifts that God blesses us with in life are our guides to our ultimate destination.

In everything I try to accomplish in life I try to do it in accordance to God’s blessings. For example, God has blessed me with intellectual savvy or just a pure ability and desire to learn. This blessing has made it possible for me to attend college, a blessing within itself which has opened many more windows of opportunity.

Basically I continue to take each gift that God blesses me with and use it as a compass to direct me in all my pursuits. So my recommendation to you all in this new year is to trust in the supreme being in your life. Accept His gifts to you as a guide to fulfilling your dreams and your purpose.

The Way of Man (According to Me): Part 1

21 09 2009

Human nature can be described as the attributes and traits that all humans possess; from a mechanical and physical since this is a solid definition of human nature. The mechanical and physical aspects may vary from individual to individual based on defects or injury, but for the most part we all have two legs to walk, a pair of eyes to see, and a set of hands to feel. So human nature from this position is a fixed condition, but of course to a certain extent. However, when examining human nature from a human philosophical view, the way man thinks and behaves, it is not that cut and dry. Human nature on an emotional and psychological level is depicted in the actions and reactions of humans within their given circumstances. Because human circumstances vary, human nature varies; therefore mankind cannot be singularly characterized as noble or wicked. In my opinion the nature of man is good until evil is necessary.

Of course I am examining human nature from a general view, and generally speaking mankind is good in nature. The livelihood of the human race is based upon certain human needs: physiological, psychological, and emotional. Also humans have wants that are tailored to their beliefs, attitudes, and passions; those wants determine their contentment. The wants and needs of humans decide the actions and reactions humans make in their conditions. So the motives of humans are naturally good. There is nothing bad about humans needing food and shelter, longing for love and affection, needing security and well-being, or desiring respect and acceptance. It is their method of pursuit that is at question. The actions of humans in this pursuit of survival and satisfaction are not naturally good; they are indeed variable. It is my personal belief that life is made up of decisions. A human’s existence is depicted in the makes and mistakes they create in their lifetime. Thus humans are in a position to make choices about how they are going to secure those wants and needs. Evil comes into play for human nature when humans begin to make ill decisions to obtain the things they want and need.

Raw Emotion: Loud and Clear

5 08 2009

They tell me, I am a dreamer with my head in the clouds. I reply to them, “Who are you to not know that I am so much more?” Yes, my hands are clenching the sky line but this line is the bar I use to pull myself up with to reach new heights. However your issue is not that I am a dreamer, but that I’m expanding outside of my mind and into your world. I am no longer just the girl next door. I am the woman who is placing her feet on your welcome mat. And honestly, your problem is you don’t know what to do with me, you fear the unknown. Rest your mind, I come not to hinder, but to aid in progression.

I have been given a purpose, a purpose bigger than you, much bigger than me. It is my challenge to uncover this purpose and fulfill it in my lifetime. This chase brings me happiness. I am driven. At times I feel unstoppable. I feel there is no force greater than God’s will. Therefore, if it is in his will for me to do something, there is no man touching this Earth that can stop it.

I am closing one chapter in my life and opening another. I am inspired and motivated to succeed because I know others are counting on me. I have an unspoken obligation to meet with those around me.  I am ready to take on the world of business and master my niche. I want to be the best. So if you should find yourself in opposition with my plan or my way of thinking, brace yourself….
